Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. DNA Retail Enterprises is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for All Purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Saturday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on most items. Transit time is 1-7 business days. Free shipping for Prime Customers.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

TRACKING INFORMARTION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made before returning the package. If you are not available to receive your package, please ensure someone is available.
OTP UPON DELIVERY
An OTP is required upon delivery. Please do not share the OTP with anyone before taking the delivery.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If your package does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
