Return and Cancellation Policy

Please carefully review our Return & Cancellation Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. DNA Retail Enterprises is not liable for any loss arised due to return or cancellation.
- Requests for returns must be made within seven (7) days of the delivery date, or within the time frame specified on the product page.
- To initiate a return, please contact customer service at [email protected] or call to submit your request. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging and adhere to any further instructions provided.
- We will cover or reimburse the return shipping charges.
- Products designated as "Returnable" on the product detail page are only eligible for return within the time frame specified on that page, or generally within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Products are eligible for return within the specified return window if they are physically damaged, have missing parts or accessories, or differ from their description on the product detail page.
- Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page are not eligible for returns. In the rare case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or replacement as appropriate. We may reach out to confirm the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement. We reserve the right to collect the product to verify the damage or defect before issuing a refund/replacement.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in customer possession.
- The product must match what was originally shipped.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including the brand/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, unbroken seal, user manual, warranty card, and all included accessories.
- Upon receiving the returned product and successful returns processing, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (for pre-paid transactions) or to the customer's bank account (for Pay on Delivery orders).
- Refunds approved by us will take 6-8 bank working days to be processed for the end customer.
- Customers may cancel an order at any time before its dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery, but customers may reject them at the doorstep.
- The cancellation time window varies by category and orders cannot be cancelled after the specified time has elapsed.
- In certain cases, customers may incur a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled after the specified time. The time window details provided on the product page or order confirmation page are final.
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a refund, provided the order is prepaid.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject the cancellation of any order and may waive or modify the cancellation time window or fee at our discretion.
- If a customer wishes to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, it will be the customer's responsibility to remove all such personal information from the device prior to returning. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, canceling, or not accepting the orders placed, DNA RETAIL ENTERPRISES reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
